Marriage is the wrong place to start to discover self, if you do not want to be derailed or miss your purpose and destination in life. Imagine a man who wants a stay at home wife marrying a woman who wants a career and travel the world? While we might know our full purpose and plans, the part we know, can help guide us as we choose our future partner. It is important to listen attentively during courtship to our partner's aspirations and dreams and consider if they are adaptable to ours or if we are willing to compromise.
